As noted in the lead to these two columns, these are actual quotations by an actual IRS manager. One member of the group made it a point to jot down some of the more outlandish quotes. Oddly, even though he knew these sayings were being written down and after Chapter 53 published Volume One,the manager continued to talk and so, some 4 years later, we followed up with Volume Two. |
