The "disciplinary process" (where managers try to show how tough they are since they can't get tough with tax cheats, anymore) has been a constant source of conflict. This
multimedia walk-through of the process is designed to demonstrate how things went during the Murphy Regime.  We regret that it will take a while to load due to the graphics intensive format...but, you can't have everything!
It begins when a member brings a disciplinary letter to a steward.
A grievance hearing with the manager is usually required and almost always, useless.
After listening attentively the manager will make his decision.
The next step is an Appeal to the Division Chief... normally  even more of a waste of time than talking to the manager.
